Joann Blackwell Mitchell, 78, of Hartwell, died Sept. 14, 2020. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 19, in the chapel of Coile and Hall Funeral Directors in Hartwell with the Rev. Ronald Gantt officiating.
