Edward Tuttle, 79, of Franklin Springs, died Aug. 31, 2020. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Sept. 5, in the Franklin Springs Pentecostal Holiness Church. Pruitt Funeral Home in Royston is in charge of arrangements.
