Opal Eugenia White Hill, 84, of Bowersville Highway, passed away Friday, October 18, 2019 under the care of Kindred Hospice. Born on August 3, 1935 in Bowersville, Ga., she was the daughter of the late James P. White and Lillis Phillips White. Mrs. Hill was formerly employed with Carwood Mfg.
