Reynold Hartmann Reynold Edward Hartmann, 73, of Hartwell, passed away Sunday, August 15, 2021 at Rainey Hospice House in Anderson, S.C. Born on December 6, 1947 in Brooklyn, N.Y., he was the son of the late Henry Frederick Hartmann and Dorothy Wetzel Hartmann.
