Richard E. "Dick" Butler, age 79, of Hartwell, Ga., went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, June 1, 2021 at Piedmont Athens Regional Medical Center.
He was born on January 10, 1942 in Syracuse, N.Y., to the late Monroe Butler and Lotta Schatzel Butler.
