Ruby Blackmon

Ruby Blackmon Ruby McCollum Blackmon, 82, of Canon, passed away Saturday, December 5, 2020 at Piedmont Athens Regional Medical Center.  Born August 3, 1938, in Franklin County, she was the daughter of the late John Daniel McCollum and Magie Royster McCollum. She retired from the Milliken & Co.
