Georgia committee on navigable streams to meet today
From small flatwater streams in South Georgia to raging whitewater runs in North Georgia, the public’s ability to access and recreate on the state’s streams could be determined by the recommendations made by the special House Study Committee on Navigable Streams.
A special House study committee tasked with determining where Georgians have the right to boat, fish and hunt on Georgia’s streams will hold its first meeting today in Atlanta.
