Despite an onslaught of high temperatures early during the morning of Saturday, Sept. 5, crowds and cars turned out for the Hart County Chamber of Commerce's 19th annual Cars and Guitars Festival. The date change from Memorial Day weekend occurred due to anticipated bad weather, but skies were clear for the rescheduled event.
