The Hart County Industrial Building Authority (Hart IBA) is pleased to announce a significant new manufacturing investment in the Gateway Industrial Park. USA Production Parts, Inc., a sister company of Titan Steel Door, will expand its operations in Hart County through the development of the park’s pad-ready industrial site in Gateway III.

The project is expected to represent approximately $24 million in new capital investment and create up to 80 new jobs in Hart County.

USA Production Parts manufactures high-volume metal components serving multiple industries, including the agricultural sector, residential and commercial electrical markets, storage rack and metal pallet industries, as well as components for sister company Titan Steel Door’s detention products.

The project builds on the success of Titan Steel Door, which originally announced an investment of more than $11 million and 90 new jobs in Hart County and is a family-owned market-leading manufacturer of detention hollow metal products for correctional, mental health and detention facilities. Today, Titan Steel Door employs nearly 100 people locally. USA Production Parts and Patriot Tool & Die operate as sister companies supporting streamlined supply chain and manufacturing operations.

“This is another significant investment in Hart County that will provide quality job opportunities for our citizens,” said Hart County Board of Commissioners Chairman Marshall Sayer. “Titan Steel Door has proven to be a strong industry partner, and we are pleased to see this family of companies continue to invest and grow in our community.”

“Seeing our pad-ready site move into development for the continued growth of a successful industry partner is a tremendous win for Hart County,” said Hart IBA Chairman Bill Leard. “This project represents exactly the type of growth Hart IBA works to support—companies that invest in our community, create quality jobs and continue to grow here.”
