Annie Rayton, 84, couldn't stop praising God for the beauty of her flowers long enough to take a photo outside her home on Scott Town Drive Tuesday, April 7. Rayton's immaculate and pristine yard was bursting with bright pink blooms from several azalea bushes she's meticulously grown from clippings off a "mama" bush she received from her own mama's yard many years ago. Along with the azaleas, her yard includes snowball bushes, pots upon pots of hostas and many other flowers, shrubs and trees. While Rayton said she works hard to maintain her garden oasis, she gives all the credit to God.
