A three-car accident on Bowersville Hwy. Tuesday afternoon shut down traffic in both directions coming in and out of Hartwell, and sent one victim to the hospital.
At approximately 3:40 p.m. on Oct. 29, one woman with serious injuries was airlifted after a severe three-vehicle crash that shut down traffic flow.
