Hartwell Main Street’s annual scarecrow bash is coming soon. Registration forms are now available and are due no later than Sept. 30. Scarecrow bash participants may begin placing scarecrows Sept. 30 and must maintain them throughout the month of October.
Fall is just around the corner and Hartwell’s Main Street is once again sponsoring the annual Scarecrow Bash.
