Main Street has installed three Dog Waste Stations in Downtown Hartwell, with plans to add three more.
‘Breathe Easy’ signs have been installed at various locations throughout Downtown Hartwell in an effort to discourage individuals from discarding their cigarette butts on city sidewalks.
