The City of Hartwell and Hartwell Police Department teamed up for a fundraiser July 17 to help one of their own, Audrey Segars, human resources director for the City of Hartwell. " On behalf of the City of Hartwell and the Hartwell Police Department, we would like to extend our sincere gratitude to everyone who supported the Bubba Burger benefit fundraiser for Audrey Segars," HPD Chief Anthony Davis said. "Thank you to everyone who purchased tickets, donated food, drinks, supplies or financial contributions, volunteered your time and most importantly, kept Audrey and her family in your prayers. We are grateful for every person who helped make this fundraiser a success. Your kindness and support will make a meaningful difference for Audrey and her family during this time. Please continue to keep Audrey in your thoughts and prayers as she continues her journey. We pray that God blesses her with strength, healing, comfort and a full recovery.
