Playground grows at park

Employees with Elite Play Equipment install the second phase of a playground at the Hart County Recreation Department park on Feb. 28. The second phase was possible in part because the Hartwell Rotary Club gave more than $34,000 to the project via a donation in the will of former Rotarian Ellen Sadler. Hart County put up the other $40,000 to finish phase two. The playground is now completed and a ribbon cutting for it is in the works.
