Hartwell Helps EXPO coming back for fifth year

The fifth-annual Hartwell Helps EXPO is coming back in October, presented again by Hart Interdenominational Minstry, or HIM.
The community resource event brings together dozens of local nonprofit organizations to offer assistance to people in Hart County who need it.
The event will feature fellowship, music, food, door prizes, raffles and plenty of information on how people can get the help they may need.
The event is free and open to the public.
It will be from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 5, at the Bell Family YMCA, 281 Opal Ext., in Hartwell.
Sponsors for the event are the YMCA, St. Mary’s Sacred Heart Hospital, Chunky Pug Storage, Belk stores, Design Concepts, Fabritex, Strickland Funeral Home and Synovus Bank.
