Sunshot from file — A ribbon cutting for Carolina Street in downtown Hartwell in July celebrated the opening of Common Ground, Elizabeth Cakes by Design, Twelve South Artisan Market, the Hart County Chamber of Commerce and Chicago Steakhouse on the same block. A ribbon cutting was later held for Provision, which also opened on Carolina Street in 2020.
