California Girls Design cuts the ribbon

California Girls Development and Design cut the ribbon to officially open its recently renovated office in downtown Hartwell on Wednesday, July 2. California Girls is a full-service home design, improvement and real estate development company based in Hartwell. Owner Julie Mouchet says she started the company as a way for a Southern girl to return to her roots along with her three daughters who are all from California. The company is currently developing a new subdivision called The Georgia at Lake Hartwell off of Reed Creek Highway on Early Drive in Hart County.
