Stop signs, resurfacing coming on Elberton Highway

The intersection of Elberton Highway, Bio Church Road and Coldwater Creek Road/Cokesbury Highway will be a four-way stop Feb. 26. Signs from the Georgia Department of Transportation have been up on both sides on Elberton Highway for the past few weeks warning travelers of the change.
