Renovations to the Arts Center poised to ‘bring art to the masses’
Construction began Monday on renovations to The Arts Center of Hartwell. The construction is expected to last three to four weeks with a proposed grand opening for early September.
The Connections Mosaic will feature a collaborative creation of regional artists, showcasing 400 unique canvases at each of the Arts Center receptions throughout the region.
