Hartwell firefighter Scott Crump calls working for his hometown, ‘rewarding’
Captain Scott Crump has been with the Hartwell Fire Department since 1998 and was recently voted the best firefighter in The Hartwell Sun’s Best of Hartwell edition in July.
For nearly 115 years the Hartwell Fire Department, which started as a bucket brigade, has transformed itself into one of the premiere small town departments in the state of Georgia.
