City officials: Firehouse Subs, Dunkin’ Donuts still planned but ‘kind of in limbo’

New developers are overseeing the plans to install the chain restaurants Dunkin’ Donuts and Firehouse Subs in Hartwell, which city officials expect to be built sometime this year.
