Becky Phillips, 65, of Hartwell, died April 20, 2021. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, April 22, at the Bowman Church of God. The family will receive friends at 1 p.m. at the church until the funeral hour. Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell is in charge of all arrangements.
