Barry Bailey, 65, of Hartwell, died Jan. 17, 2021. A Celebration of Life service will be held at 3 p.m. Jan. 30, at the Gateway Believers Fellowship, Carnesville. A reception will follow the service. Strickland Funeral Home and Cremation Services of Hartwell is in charge of all arrangements.
