The newly constructed Hart County EMS substation in the Crossroads community is nearing completion after months of not being used.
“The building itself is done,” Hart County EMA Director Terrell Partain said.
Minus a few minor indoor finishes, the inside is complete. The only thing to be done now is paving the driveway and parking lot. Partain expects the new facility to be up and running once the paving is complete, which is set to start this week, Partain said.
“The only problem we ran into was not having time to get it done,” he said.
